Introduction

At Slow Power, we value the privacy of our users. This privacy policy outlines our practices regarding the collection, use, sharing, and sale of personal information, both online and offline. We align our practices with the requirements set forth by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

Information Collection

With their consent, Slow Power collects historical energy data from PG&E customers, individuals and organizations (Users), thru PG&E's Share My Data service: name and service address, account and service-agreement numbers, billing history, and meter data (15-minute or 60-minute intervals), up to 48 months back. The access is read only.

How We Use the Data

The collected data is used exclusively to model each User's energy use and costs, for that User. Slow Power does not sell or use this data for marketing or advertising purposes.

Sharing and Sale of Data

Slow Power will never sell this data to third parties. Slow Power will never share this data with third parties without first obtaining written consent from the concerned User.
